Which plan is right for me?
The top reasons why customers choose the Pro plan over the Basic plan include:
Being able to send unlimited emails and web pushes each month).
Getting free SMS credits which equates to extra value.(
Adding push notifications to their channel mix.
Getting priority support from a dedicated Customer Success Manager (for Pro plan users with plans costing in excess of $400 per month).
Contact-based billing
Your contact list is made up of two types of contact profiles: subscribers and un-subscribers.
Subscribers - these are people who have opted-in to receive your email/SMS/web push marketing communications. Opting in covers them to receive both marketing and transactional messages. We only charge for subscribers. Paid plans work as a monthly charge based on your current number of subscribers. The total count of these two numbers places you in one of our billing tiers.
Un-subscribers - people who have actively opted-out of your email/SMS/web push marketing messages. Un-subscribers won't receive any messages and we don’t charge for them.
Importing and reviewing contacts
Firepush easily allows you to connect to Shopify and import all clients/customers who have opted-in for your email, SMS or web push marketing communications.
All imported contacts initially get ‘Pending for approval’ status. You’ll be asked to review these contacts and approve or reject them.
Any approved contacts will then be classed as billable contacts, and you’ll be able to send marketing campaigns to them.
Note: you won't be able to send any messages to unapproved contacts.
Why do we ask you to review the contacts you import?
This process will protect you from unexpected Firepush charges which could occur due to importing contacts in bulk from your Shopify customer database.
Contacts which are collected via Firepush signup forms or your store’s checkout page after the app is installed will be converted into billable contacts automatically.
Billing tiers
Firepush pricing is based on billing tiers. We automatically adjust the billing tier as your subscriber list grows or shrinks. See our billing tiers below:
If your contact list is larger than those shown in our billing tiers here, and you would like to know the price for a specific amount of contacts, view our pricing. Alternatively, our support team is happy to advise you. Contact us via our live chat button. .
Refill limits
In the event that you run out of email, SMS or web push credits before your billing period ends, you can refill your limits. The price for limit refill is calculated as follows:
Monthly price / the number of the current billing cycle week = refill price
