Firepush now integrates with Loox, a Shopify app that encourages happy customers to leave photo reviews! Loox helps you to collect social proof that future buyers will trust and believe, so they can shop at your store with confidence.
You can already send out regular review requests automatically with Firepush. However, our integration with Loox means you can build strong social proof that will drive even higher conversion rates and help you increase sales for your store. Loox is available for Firepush SMS messages only at this stage.

The Loox photo reviews app can be found within the SMS settings of your Firepush dashboard.

To get started, you’ll need to install the Loox app to make sure the functionality works as it should in Firepush. Visit the Loox section in your Firepush dashboard and you’ll see a link that will take you directly to Loox in the Shopify App Store.
Once you’ve got Loox set up, you can send out automated photo review requests at a certain point after a customer makes a purchase, for example, 15 days later. Your customer will receive your review request by text message and when they click on the link within, they’ll be directed to the Loox website where they can leave a photo review and feedback about your product. The review itself will appear in a dedicated photo gallery on your Shopify website.
