If you’ve switched to Firepush from another app, you can easily import your existing SMS subscribers. However, before you do this, you must ensure that you’ve collected those SMS subscribers in a TCPA-compliant way, so as to protect your business from any legal issues that may arise.

The TCPA is legislation that sets out strict rules on how you can legally contact subscribers by text message. These rules include collecting subscribers in the right way; by getting their express consent during the opt-in process for the sending of marketing text messages. For more information about TCPA compliance, please read our Compliance Guide

When you’re ready to upload your list of SMS subscribers to Firepush, you can do so via our SMS subscriber list upload form

You’ll need to fill in a few fields to help us understand how you met TCPA compliance when you first collected those subscribers you want to upload. You’ll need to attach your list to the form (linked above) in .CSV file format.

It can take up to three working days to upload lists of more than 1,000 subscribers to your Firepush subscriber database. If your list has fewer than 1,000 subscribers, we’ll upload them as soon as possible.
